Registration & Price details

 

 The 2011 Ontario Bike Summit will take place at the historic, elegant, and castle-like Canadian Museum of Nature, 240 McLeod Street, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2R1.

Full Summit Registration  (HST and a credit card processing charge will be added.)

     Corporate, Government, Institutions - $325 (before June 24th), $375 (June 24th and after)

     Non-Government/Not-For-Profit - $220 (before June 24th), $225 (June 24th and after)

 

Full Summit Registration Includes:

  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday June 27th; breakfast and lunch on Tuesday June 28th
  • All refreshment breaks
  • Access to any and all sessions in the Summit program
  • 3-day Membership to the YMCA located directly across the street from the Canadian Museum of Nature
  • Hotel accommodation is NOT included in the fee. Please read below for accommodation arrangements.

 

One Day Registration    (HST and a credit card processing charge will be added.)

Corporate, Government, Institutions - $175 (before June 24th), $225 (June 24th and after)

Non-Government/Not-For-Profit - $160 (before June 24th), $180 (June 24th and after)

One Day Registration Includes:

  • June 27th: Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all refreshment breaks, & access to that day’s sessions in the Summit program
  • June 28th: Breakfast and lunch, all refreshment breaks & access to that day’s sessions in the Summit program

Accommodations:

We have secured a group rate for accommodations at Les Suites Hotel Ottawa. A One-Bedroom Suite is $149/night (sleeps 1-2), and a Two-Bedroom Suite is $199/night (sleeps 1-4). There will be a locked bike storage room at the hotel so we encourage you to bring your bike. Please make reservations online at Les Suites Hotel Ottawa and use code: Bike2011. You may also call the hotel directly at 1-800-267-1989 and use the same group code.

Accommodations have also been secured at the YMCA’s Shenkman Residence located directly across the street from the Canadian Museum of Nature. This is a university-style residence with individual rooms modestly furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and clothing rack. There are singles and doubles available, some with private baths and others with shared bathroom facilities. Rates start at $58/night with a minimum 2 night stay when quoting “Share The Road”.
